Delivery time

Delivery method
Orders from DesignOutlet365 are shipped as soon as possible and usually the next business day, unless otherwise stated. Out of stock items are shipped as soon as they are in stock.
As a starting point, shipments are delivered to the curb, but smaller shipments of, for example, fixtures and acoustic panels can be delivered to the parcel shop.
If an order cannot be delivered or cannot be picked up at the parcel shop, we can resend the order for a fee.
Right of withdrawal
Design Outlet 365 offers a 30-day return policy on new and unused items in original packaging.

Before returning an item or order, you must inform us of the return shipment via email to order@designoutlet365.com
The customer is responsible for the return costs (shipping)
The product packaging must be intact and must not contain extra tape, writing or the like.
All labels must be visible.
The shipment must be marked with the order number and warehouse number - this will be stated in the return confirmation from DSO365 together with the return address(es).
All returns must be sent to the address with a signature - parcel shops/delivery points and the like are not accepted.
It is not possible to deliver returns in person.
What is a Bathroom Furniture?
A bathroom suite consists of a base cabinet and a washbasin/countertop with a freestanding washbasin.
Unless otherwise stated, washbasin mixer, waste valve, mirror, tall cabinet, etc. are purchased separately.
Carpentry furniture
Our carpentry furniture is made to order. It consists of bathroom furniture in 100% FSC-certified European solid oak, oiled and waxed.
Since carpentry furniture is custom-made goods, the right of withdrawal is waived upon purchase.

Which cistern should I choose?

When choosing a cistern, there are two main requirements:
It must have 180 mm bolt spacing (standard)
Flush volume must be 4 liters small flush and 6 liters large flush
(adjusted on the cistern during installation)
Ours has the Askim In-Wall system for toilets that fits our toilets.
Some cisterns are prepared for electrical connection, such as Grohe rapid SLX, while others have advantages such as easy connection of flushing for bidet function, such as Geberit Duofix Sigma.
Often individual plumbers have
preferences for installing a particular type/brand of cistern, so we
recommend that you consult with your plumber about cistern selection.
What else do I need besides a toilet seat and cistern for an electronic shower toilet?
Your choice of cisterns determines your choice of flush plate. If you choose our
Askim cisterns, we recommend Askim control panels for combinations. We cannot guarantee that the Grohe or Geberit flush plate will work with the Askim cistern, and vice versa.
You will need an additional connection hose and T-piece / Y-distributor to
supply water to the bidet function. The connection can be installed either in
the water inlet to the cistern (see concept drawing on the product page) or in
the top of the cistern where the water flows into the built-in cistern.
If you choose a cistern from
Geberit, there is a special connection kit for this purpose that makes
installation easier (Geberit article number 250.005.00.1).
In addition, various bushings/ball valves (possibly Ballofix).
A regular plumber has these in
their range or can easily obtain them.
Do I need a professional
installer for the installation?
Installing a toilet
requires a plumber.
A shower toilet also requires an electrician, as the toilet must
be supplied with electricity.

Tulsa
Shower cabin or shower wall with 5 year warranty*Available in (Wall 90 cm, shower cabin: 90x90 cm)
SandeFjord
Shower cabin with 10 year warranty*Available in two sizes (shower cabin: 80x80 cm or 90x90 cm)
Vänern
Shower cabin, niche door and shower wall with 25 year warranty. *Shower cabin with
the option to combine two doors or a wall and a door. Available in several
sizes (70, 80, 90 and 100 cm). The sizes can be combined freely to
create a shower corner set.
Rämen
Shower cabin with 25 year warranty. *High-quality materials and a complete
solution. Available in two sizes (80x80 cm or 90x90 cm).
The bars are made of silkscreen, so that they are part of the glass. They can be marked on the outside of the glass, but without leaving edges and corners, so cleaning is simple and uncomplicated.
All glass types are nano-treated on the inside.
Cleaning / maintenance
We recommend that you clean your bathroom furniture according to the procedure below:
7 parts vinegar
2 parts sulfur
1 part water
Mix the three ingredients together until foamy,
Distribute over shower sets, washbasin mixers, washbasins, etc. that need to be cleaned.
Leave on for about 30 minutes.
Rinse afterwards and dry with a dry soft cloth.
Electricity in wet areas
When installing shower toilets, LED mirrors, whirlpool bathtubs or anything else, there are statutory distance requirements for installations.
230V fixtures or plugs, regardless of IP rating and junction box, must not be installed in zone 0 and zone 1.
Other requirements for zones are:
Zone 0 - IP 67, max 12 volts
Zone 1 - IP 44
Zone 2 - IP 44
Zone 3 - IP 21
Complaint
All complaints should be sent to info@bathdeluxe.com (cannot be created via chat/phone). Response time is 2-4 business days.
Electronic items (e.g. spas and shower toilets) have a longer response time because any spare parts are version-specific.
For complaints, a picture/video that clearly shows the problem as well as the correct delivery address and order number is required.
Resolution of complaints
Complaints are usually resolved by sending a new part or several parts.
The vast majority of solutions do not require special tools or specialized personnel.
When a complaint is responded to with a solution, in most cases a guide/description is sent to resolve the complaint.
